Jadon is an actor and director from Grand Rapids Michigan who is giving people of all ages a chance to make movies. Jadon spent eight years in Mortgage Finance and Real Estate when he decided to pursue his life passion of film making. He attended Compass Arts Film Academy, founded by Jim Hanon from the Leo Burnett Agency, director of feature film "End of the Spear" and co-owner of Hanon Mckendry Ad agency. Since working in a feature film directed by Billy Crystal, producing music videos, shooting commercials, writing and producing a Documentary in Jamaica were he lived for 6 months. Jadon is now producing kids videos and has remade many classic movies into short films. Jadon brings to the organization a depth of experience in the development and coordination of film projects, workshops, special events, marketing and public relations. He has been responsible for developing new funding sources and expanding these programs. During that time, he implemented and coordinated the logistics for there major annual events, developed fundraising, and membership programs.

Jadon began an acting career at the age of 5, on the stage in Kentwood, MI playing Daniel in "Daniel & the Lions Den". Attended Word Of Life Bible Institute, where he participated in plays such as, "Hamlet", "Passion Play" and "It's A Wonderful Life". He moved to Long Island and studied Shakespeare with acclaimed acting coach Derek DeCambra of the NY Metro Opera. Over the past few years, Jadon has acted in over 60 plays, helped produce 6 commercials, 10 theatrical plays and 3 TV shows. Jadon has appeared in numerous publications in recognition of his work, and was named "Young Producer of the Year" by Wayjade Entertainment. He dedicates himself to the art of filmmaking, in which its primordial purpose is to use it as a tool for social transformation and cultural education. Jadon Fowler grew up acting in his mothers theater company. He played such roles as Scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz, Fagin in Oliver Twist, the King in Cinderella, George Bailey in It’s A Wonderful Life, Johny Appleseed, Grandfather in Heidi and many other at Children’s Creations Theater. Matthew is inspired by creative collaboration. He believes sincerely that every project, big or small, is one of a kind, and every show deserves its own unique visual style that engages the viewer, and draws them in. He is a professional photographer and nature school teacher and gardener in his spare time.

I'm Alex, a Graphic Design graduate from Ferris State with a minor in Art History. Born and raised in the small city of Byron Center where I played softball for about half my life. My journey in graphic design began when I discovered my passion for creativity and structure. When I'm not seeking new fonts and tools I enjoy discovering new local cafes, hitting the gym with my sister, and binging all my favorite Youtube channels for inspiration.

Adrienne is thrilled to bring her diverse creative background and passion for the arts to Fusion Film Academy. She grew up acting in many theater productions in the Detroit area and has sung with choirs ranging from high school to professional. Adrienne also lived in NYC, where she worked with multiple music industry experts. She also has experience working as a makeup artist and is currently a mom to three amazing kids.

Janae K. Dean, has over 30 years, experience as a theater director. She is the founder of Children’s Creations Theater and Act II Theater for Teens. Janae has effectively combined her love for children and the arts and made a tremendous impact in the lives of thousands of children in the Grand Rapids, Michigan community. She’s Jadon Fowler’s Mother.

Her passion of theater while in elementary school and performed and directed many shows. Her passion rekindled when her daughter discovered that she loved it as well and is actively involved in Fusion Film and Children’s Creations Theater.

Daniel's first introduction to theater started early in 9th grade getting his first job as a stagehand at Godwin Heights. He also studied at Byron Centers Van Single Fine Arts

Center. At both he learned about every aspect of theater technology from rigging to lighting

design.

In college Daniel volunteered with the Aquinas College Preforming Arts Center. In a brand

new facility he helped get the theater tech program started off and running. At this same time Daniel began a ten year long service with local IATSE 26 union. During that time he workednon all types of shows large and small in venues all across West Michigan.
